The UK airline to provide no-cost high-speed in-flight internet by way of satellite partnership
Flyers aboard this carrier are set to access fast connectivity in the air at no cost following a major agreement involving Elon Musk's space company.

The carrier stated that the complimentary, “fast and dependable” internet provision from the satellite provider will be offered to customers flying coach, premium economy, or first class starting next month.
Expanded Deployment Over Various Flight Operators
The umbrella organization for BA, IAG, stated it had reached an agreement with Starlink to provide connectivity access on over 500 aircraft across their airlines, which also include the Irish airline, Iberia, and the low-cost airline.

BA noted that the rollout for the service formed part of a £7bn “transformation” initiative and would provide smooth connectivity access for passengers starting at the gate to arrival, including when traveling across oceans or isolated areas.

Current Connectivity Options
